Scheduling your appointment

Filling Out Intake Forms

Once you schedule your appointment, we will reach out with a link to fill out your intake forms, insurance information, and more.

If you would prefer to fill out paper forms in office, we recommend arriving 15-20 mins earlier

As an Out of Network Provider, We accept most PPO, POS Plans

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) are Welcomed

Acupuncture Do’s and Don’t

Acupuncture Don’t

  • Avoid eating a heavy meal, fried, or spicy food prior to your visit

  • No eating or caffeine an hour before your appointment

  • No alcohol or cannabis 24 hrs before your appointment

  • Don’t brush your tongue before your visit

Acupuncture Do’s

  • Eat something light before your visit

  • Take any prescriptions you are on for the day but let your practitioner know

  • Remember to answer your intake question honestly; this helps to maximize your acupuncture session

  • Give your practitioner feedback! Feedback helps to guide your session to maximize your experience.

What to wear?

We generally work on the areas below your elbows, knees, and back. That being said, it is recommended to wear loose fitting clothes, or to bring some shorts for you to change into for the treatment. However, if you don’t or forget, we have disposable gowns in office.

What to bring?

If it’s your first time here, please bring in any paperwork, test results, or imaging related to your main concern.

If you are going through insurance, bring your Insurance Card, and State ID.

Plan your trip

We are a block away from the Myrtle-Wyckoff Train Station.

If you are planning to drive, leave a bit earlier to give yourself some time to look for parking

Once you arrive

When you arrive, feel free to check in at our kiosk to let your practitioner know you are here. If you need assistance with the manual elevator, feel free to give a call.

Once downstairs, you can ask for Christian at the front desk for. Lastly, it is recommended to use the bathroom before starting you

After Your Appointment

It’s best to take the rest of the day easy, and to drink some water (room temp or tea is preferable). You may feel a little drowsy after your appointment which is normal.
