Preparing for Your First Acupuncture Visit
Acupuncture is a gentle and non-invasive form of traditional Chinese medicine that has been practiced for centuries. It involves the placement of fine, sterile needles at specific points along the body's energy pathways. By stimulating these points, acupuncture can help to:
Reduce Pain: Alleviate neck pain, back pain, sciatica, joint pain, and headaches.
Improve Overall Well-being: Address digestive issues, anxiety, insomnia, and menopausal symptoms.
Support Women's Health: Aid in managing menstrual difficulties.
Promote Healing: Assist in the recovery from conditions like Bell's Palsy.
